The outdoors is what brings us to life and it's where we feel most inspired. It's this feeling that built Berghaus. We're also part of the family of Pentland Brands which began life as the Liverpool Shoe Company and is now the name behind some of the world's best sports, outdoor and fashion brands, owning Berghaus, Canterbury of New Zealand and Speedo to name a few! In 2014 Pentland was awarded Top European Family Business of the Year at the European Families in Business Awards and in 2016 we've been recognised by the Great Place to Work® Institute as 11th in the Large Best Workplaces in the UK.

Our culture is people centred, and our work environment reflects and supports this. The Pentland values are at the heart of what we do and how we interact with the world around us.
