Responsibilities

You will be working as part of a team to provide professional and reliable Facilities Management related Helpdesk Services. You will be the first point of contact for colleagues and contractors requesting Facilities support and will work closely with the Helpdesk Team Leader to further develop the helpdesk processes and systems. The helpdesk team also works with colleagues from across the Facilities, Building Services and H&S teams.

 

This is an excellent opportunity to use your experience to contribute to a best in class service team. The UK Facilities team are a valued and essential business function and you will be adding your customer service, administrative and helpdesk skills to the team.

Qualifications

 

What you need to have

 

  • MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
  • Office based customer service experience
  • Administration experience
Nice to have:
  • Experience of CAFM/Helpdesk systems
  • Experience of a Facilities Management environment.
  • Experience of workplace H&S
  • Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload appropriately
