In this exciting role you will be the main contact for customer interactions, providing every single customer with exceptional customer service driven by excellent product knowledge and providing product recommendations based on individual requirements.
You will develop and maintain excellent product knowledge using all training materials provided and actively acknowledge and approach customers, provide accurate product information in line with their feedback and use selling skills to maximise sales of appropriate products.
You will be required to unpack deliveries in line with procedures and replenish stock in line with guidelines and ensure that all customer service and returns policies are followed, ensuring that levels of merchandising and housekeeping are delivered to the highest standard at all times.
You will be actively aware of and ensure that all company policies and guidelines are adhered to and represent Speedo Brand Ambassador Standards at all times, ensuring all Health & Safety policies are complied with.
You will Attend all relevant training programs and meetings as and when required and carry out additional duties as and when necessary within the defined levels of responsibility for the role.
