As a Reward Manager the main focus of the role:
This role is reporting to the Director of Reward & Operations, managing a team of Compensation & Benefits specialists. You will be accountable for compensation and benefits in the UK, however the role will have some international exposure through ad hoc cross-border projects and international assignments. As well as designing, implementing and maintaining compensation and benefits programmes, developing policies and managing third party providers, and communicating compensation and benefits structures to stakeholders within the company. Take lead with the global Annual Salary & Bonus review process and manage global mobility delivery.
