Key Purpose of Job:


Supports our brands in managing their licensed business categories and markets effectively and efficiently, minimising pull on brand resource by working with licensees to ensure submissions to brands are consolidated and aligned to brand guidelines.



  • Coordinates activity between brand and licensee/licensor to ensure efficient submission, review and approval of licensed product and marketing materials in line with SLAs and business calendar.
  • Manages day-to-day communications and fulfilment of license agreement obligations with licensees and licensors.


Needs to have

  • Prior knowledge and experience of licensing in a commercial, brand or legal function
  • Experience of managing multiple stakeholders

Needs to be

  • Diligent and process-orientated – able to help establish and manage processes, holding stakeholders to account for delivering in the areas they’re responsible for
  • A collaborative relationship builder – able to work across multiple stakeholders
