Key Purpose of Job:

Partner the UK Active Commercial Director to deliver sustainable & profitable sales growth for the region


Responsibilities

  • Produce a UK Active monthly reporting pack - Sales Performance / Risks & Op
  • Performance management for UK Active Channel/Customer Sales targets
  • Attend and input into monthly IBP (S&OP) Commercial review meetings
  • Support UK Active Controllers/Account Managers with Customer JBP planning & trade term negotiations
  • Monitor & track key customer KPIS (e.g. Sell out, availability, stock, etc)
  • Manage UK Active Sales budgeting process
  • Active participant in UK Active leadership team
  • Customer / Channel Profitability analysis and improvement (including Marketing investment ROI)
  • Provide effective decision support to the UK Active team
  • Financial support for UK Active customer projects
  • Manage & plan UK Active cost centre
  • Input into seasonal UK Pricing for Active Brands 

 

Needs to have

  • Qualified CIMA, ACA, ACCA with previous experience in business partnering at a senior level
  • Recent multi-brand retail experience, with a strong understanding of category disciplines and cross-functional working
  • Advanced analytical, data and modelling skills
  • Clear understanding of financial implications of business activities and are able to discuss financial performance in terms of key business drivers
  • Use the tools and data available to form insights to aid your strategic and operational decision-making and influencing, and you use these insights to influence and persuade others
  • Ensure alignment through collaborative relationships, empathy and understanding across the business
  • Engender a great team spirit and always seek to deliver the best outcome for the business, championing delivery on both sides of the scales
  • Strong drive to impact business performance
