As Talent/Organisation Development Coordinator you will:


Play a key supporting role across the OD team, working to ensure we have the processes in place to provide a positive and effective employee experience. You’ll help us to work more efficiently, provide a better experience to candidates, employees and managers; and identify opportunities to improve how we work as a team.


This is a great development role, providing exposure to L&D, Engagement, Talent, Recruitment & Selection, and Organisational culture.


The role reports in to the Organisation Development Director, but works closely with the whole OD team, which includes the following areas:

  • Organisation Development, responsible for creating and implementing plans that protect, develop and build our culture and engagement;
  • Engagement & Employee Insights, responsible for creating and implementing plans that deliver meaningful and actionable insights relating to engagement, talent and culture;
  • Talent Acquisition, responsible for creating and implementing plans to source and attract talent that meet our capability and culture requirements;
  • Talent, responsible creating and implementing plans that identify, develop and mobilise capability.



  • Work with the OD Management team to regularly measure our progress against the Organisational Development Business Plan (OGSM);
  • Support the OD Management team on producing impactful presentations relating to key projects and activities, looking for opportunities to present an aligned and consistent message to the organisation;
  • Coordinate room bookings and logistics for any Learning & Development interventions and activities run across our UK sites, connecting with relevant site contacts to ensure a smooth process;
  • Collect and review feedback from Global L&D events, recommending opportunities to build and improve our offer;
  • Collate and review global organisational performance management data as part of our Performance Development Review process, providing reports to track completion and show overall performance;
  • Coordinate regular reporting for the Talent Acquisition team, producing data on T.A team KPIs and performance, as well as providing insights for the broader HR population and Executive team;
  • Support the T.A team in providing a positive candidate experience, scheduling London-based interviews and room bookings, as well as sending out candidate assessments and exercises;
  • Help the T.A team to reach active and passive candidates in the UK and Europe by posting job advertisements and contributing to our social media activity;
  • Update and monitor usage of the Employee Feedback terminals in line with the Insights plan, identifying options to increase the effectiveness and use of the terminals;
  • Support the Employee Insights program, assisting with the reporting around engagement along the employee lifecycle;
  • Work closely with the HR Team Assistant to ensure that all invoices related to UK and Europe Organisation Development activity are coded and processed in a timely and accurate manner, looking for opportunities for us to work smarter and more economically;
  • Coordinate the new starter process for London-based employees, ensuring all new employees are invited to the relevant On-Boarding workshops and provided with the right information;
  • Assist the Talent Team with internal workshops in the UK, booking in speakers and ensuring content is relevant, current and correct;
  • Review UK-related information and materials on the Talent Acquisition and Learning Management Systems, ensuring all are kept up to date.





                         What you need to have

  • Strong Microsoft office Skills, particularly Powerpoint and Excel
  • An interest in Human Resources and / or organisational behaviour
  • Good relationship / stakeholder management skills
  • Previous administrative / support experience
