Key Purpose of Job:

  • Maintain the current HRIS, while supporting the HRIS Project Manager during implementation of SuccessFactors
  • Accountable for overall data within the system, working with global end users, Payroll and Finance to ensure alignment and accuracy across systems
  • Support the HR teams in their data analysis requirements where needed
  • Develop data analytics to improve HR decision-making and planning


  • Support general day to day end user HRIS queries and escalations, working with our vendors as necessary
  • Own the internal call logging system for HRIS (Fresh Service) and deliver within defined service level agreements
  • Manage the monthly Payroll Checking Report process within HRIS (PCR, SCR, Sign Off, production of export and import)
  • Support and develop strong working relationships with our global system end users with their day to day queries, while challenging them to consider best practice
  • Support the maintenance of electronic data interfaces alongside IT. Understand any change and new functionality requirements (both statutory and business) and how these impact the systems, interfaces and any dependent data
  • Maintain and develop the suite of system reports available to HR to reflect management information requirements
  • Produce regular and ad hoc management information and reports within agree timescales providing analytical commentary as required
  • Support the HRIS Project Manager in key project activity (including the implementation of SuccessFactors) and contribute to various HR projects across the wider global HR function
  • Responsible for the HRIS element of the Annual Salary Review process including data preparation, reporting, imports of dataMaintain annual processes within HRIS (e.g. year-end allowances, PDR ratings, bonus records)
  • Ensure any system enhancements and changes are aligned to the agreed formal change control and testing processes. Train and support the HR teams on business system process changes
  • Lead maintenance of the security profiles
  • Work alongside Pentland IT to ensure all system environments are upgraded in line with our contractual commitments

  • Experience managing a HRIS
  • Strong problem-solving skills, highly numerate, and a passion for data integrity
  • Data analysis and reconciliation skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong delivery skills ensuring key stakeholders receive timely information and updates
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience of multi-integrated systems
