Key Purpose of the Job:


Working directly with the London and Hong Kong based creative teams, you will manage and drive a multi-skilled team, inspiring and leading the delivery of our Active Brands creative needs. Your ability to collaborate, facilitate and deliver excellent creative is pivotal.



  • Lead the delivery of creative projects; sharing best practice approaches in the execution of ‘commercial’ creative solutions.
  • Deliver creative projects from branding through on-line and off-line (digital content, integrated campaigns, promotions, catalogues and retail assets)
  • Understand the creative vision of each of Pentland’s brands.
  • Drive efficiency in approach and processes.
  • Responsible for the smooth and timely delivery of all projects through the resource of the team, including resource plans and cost estimates.
  • Must manage individual and team time to prioritise work, meet tight deadlines and work under their own initiative.
  • Work collaboratively and effectively with the Creative teams in London and Hong Kong including Creative Services Manager, Creative Managers, Creative Operations Manager and Account & Project Management team.
  • Oversees content production for 3rd parties and interfaces with them as appropriate.
  • Develop and encourage long lasting relationships built on commercial acumen and creative solutions with internal and external partners and ensure quality results.
  • Manage a team of people; driving individual performance and focus on developing their skills and careers, including PDR


Needs to be

  • A proven Creative Manager with workflow/resource management experience; a good motivator with strong people skills.
  • Approachable and friendly, easy to build strong personal relationships with the ability to influence decision making.
  • Understanding of digital production processes – design, copy, UX, front-end dev.
  • Have a solid commercial acumen, proactively identify improvements and lead with best practises
  • Ability to define outcomes and ensures actions while managing complex projects.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude who is a good listener and can give direction.
  • Hard working and ambitious, creating excellent work and willing to take ownership of projects.
  • Motivated by operating in a changing, flexible environment.
  • Calm, organised and a clear thinker with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator.

Needs to have

  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe CC skills InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Previous experience creating, and collaborating to deliver, integrated 360º marketing campaigns in advertising, branding, retail, experiential, moving image and digital
  • Background in a digital content environment.
  • Mac literate with good Microsoft Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint). Web Design, After effects experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Commercial experience managing a creative team in Active, Lifestyle and Footwear categories is beneficial but not essential
