Key Purpose of Job:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and creative internal communications professional to lead the internal communications team and create a compelling and inspiring story for our people, both in times of change and transformation, as well as around usual business activity and performance.
The individual in this role will develop a clear internal communications strategy and plan and then deliver a wide range of internal communications campaigns and activities. This role will also lead and manage specific change communication initiatives, in a way that supports, builds and harnesses our culture.
This role will be a key part of the Organisation Development team, ensuring that communications play a strong role in building and reinforcing our culture, as well as driving performance and engagement.
