This exciting multi-faceted role will provide a high level of support to the Brand Development Director and the Digital Director, prioritising daily urgent and important tasks and ensuring delivery within appropriate timescales. This role is key in enabling the Brand Development Director, the Digital Director and their teams to work effectively and efficiently.

 

Support:

  • Organisation and scheduling to provide best value of the Brand Development Director and the Digital Director’s time (organisational skills, challenge appointments, preparation, prioritisation)
  • Working across functions with other teams, PA, TAs to co-ordinate, arrange and align diaries, travel (flights/hotels/visas etc), key meetings for the leadership team
  • Develop and use appropriate situational judgement to know what should / not be raised and provide steer
  • Handling of confidential and sensitive information with care and trust
  • Assist in organising internal and external workshops and events

Organise, Administer, Analyse & Present:

  • Strong personal assistant skills including but not limited to, diary management, travel (domestic and international), expense reconciliation and management, others as required
  • Consolidating and summarising information and data from multiple sources and presenting in a compelling and impactful manner (storyboarding) to the Brand Development Director, the Digital Director and their teams.

Develop:

  • Proactively identify opportunities to assist the Brand Development Director and the Digital Director by finding opportunities to progress and develop own knowledge and skills
  • Seeks and takes-on projects that support delivery of the consumer functions’ strategic objectives while building their own understanding, knowledge and skills across the consumer function
  • Builds and utilises networks, able to identify what to raise to the Brand Development Director and the Digital Director’s attention versus other appropriate members of the leadership team.

 

Represent the function

  • Has the awareness and confidence, and able to build the relationships, to represent the Brand Development and Digital teams across the broader business 
  • Attends, represents and provides insights and takeaways from events, research, industry documents, and as required
  • Ad-hoc projects/tasks and research.

  • A passion for brands and consumers with a desire to progress within the consumer function
  • A pragmatic approach; strong planning and organising skills, sensitive to deadlines but diplomatic
  • Solid computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and presentation skills
  • A drive and curiosity to understand our industry, our brands and the mission of our business.
