Building a family of brands, for the world to love, generation after generation

Our brands are there in the moments that matter, from first steps to great achievements. We are Pentland Brands and together we want to be there for more people, in more of those moments.

We own Speedo, Berghaus, Canterbury of New Zealand, Mitre, Red or Dead, Boxfresh, ellesse and KangaROOS. We’re also the global licensee for Kickers, Ted Baker Footwear in the UK, and are in a joint-venture partnership with Lacoste Chaussures.

We’re a constant work in progress, an evolving story. We are at our best when we’re bold in our decision, focused in our actions and playing to our strengths.

As a family business, not a corporation, we believe every individual has the power to help shape the Pentland of the future. Your potential is our potential, and it’s our relationships that build and grow brands that last.

We pride ourselves on working collectively. We know that our individual strengths are amplified when we work as a team to pull towards the same goal.  We’re direct in our communications, clear in our ambitions and bold in our pursuit of them. You’ll need to be willing to tackle the challenges of your role head-on.

We cultivate an environment of experimentation, learning and constant improvement.  We look for people who know there’s no such thing as knowing ‘everything’ – we’re all a work in progress.

Our reputation is our currency. Trust is earned. Doing the right thing isn’t always easy, but it’s always right. At Pentland, Corporate Responsibility is at the heart of everything we do, and you’ll take this commitment into how you work as well.
