    Key Purpose of Job:

     

    • Working across multiple brands, deliver the content strategy for those brands and build an ongoing dialogue with our consumers that grow brand relevance and engagement. This role will focus on delivering how we:
    • Use content to articulate our brand DNA in a meaningful way to consumers
    • Increase awareness and relevance of our brands to consumers with a particular focus on social media
    • Use content and relevant channels to encourage consumers to choose our brands
    • Leverage content and skills in a smart, scalable way across our brands to maximise reach and efficiency
    • This role will have a particular focus on improving our social media presence and driving engagement through the appropriate channels in a way that resonates with consumers.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Work closely with brand teams to champion content co-creation and to ensure the content strategy for your brands is fully considered as part of an integrated plan for each brand and actioned
    • Leverage relevant media platforms to drive engagement across relevant channels, particularly social media
    • Put analysis of consumer behavior data at the heart of how you develop and execute content
    • Maximise use of content across brands (interconnectivity)
    • Develop and execute against a planned calendar e.g. cultural events, festivals
    • Consolidate social listening for brand use to react to events
    • Ensure all content is shot/written and deployed through appropriate channels e.g. social
    • Complete ownership of all social media interactions for your brands, excluding customer service
    • Happy to get out and about and create content on the go as well as in a more planned fashion

    Needs to have

    • Experience of delivering content strategies at a known B2C brand
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ideally a journalism graduate from an editorial background
    • Proven success and experience working with social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & Twitter etc or blogs
    • Strong ability to establish a voice and understand our brands’ audience
    • Ability to think creatively and execute tasks while using a data-driven mindset to guide future programs, posts, and campaigns
    • Strong eye for design and aesthetic; photography and photo/video editing skills
    • Must be detail oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
    • A personal interest and participation in social platforms is required.
    • Understand Content Management Systems e.g. Ampliance
    • Have experience working with ecommerce platforms (e.g. SalesForce/Visualsoft)
    • Use of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

    • Highly commercial and driven to deliver growth
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Good organisation and planning skills
    • Great at motivating and driving teams of people to overachieve
