    Needs to Do:

     

    • Perform timely order processing & work cross-functionally with internal & external parties;
    • Work on timely and accurate reports/projects regarding customers’ requirements;
    • Co-ordinate with internal departments to make sure the order process is smooth;
    • Handle daily call off from customers & need to co-ordinate with 3PL for shipment arranged on time;
    • Support Business Development team in reporting / ad hoc requirements etc;
    • Identify potential supply chain issues and resolutions with effective communication to the customers;
    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via e-mail, phone calls & WeChat;
    • Provide high level customer service support & build long term relationship with franchisees.

     

     

     

     What you need to have

     

    • 3 years or above experience working in customer service;
    • Strong SAP skills & other office programs for daily operations;
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for a multi-cultural environment;
    • Fluency in English & Mandarin.

     What we need to see in you

     

    • Organised and able to prioritise tasks;
    • Able to work and think cross-functionally;
    • University graduate (preferred).
