    Key Purpose of Job:

    The role will play a key part in supporting the 3 departments of Supply Planning, Supply Co-ordination and Master Data Maintenance during their relevant peak periods, enabling a rounded knowledge of the overall function of Supply Operations.  Specifically loading of data onto SAP at key stages within the business processes, creation of Purchase Orders and order-book impact analysis on latest production schedules.   Responsible for creating KPI reporting and supporting any continuous improvement against key metrics where applicable. 



    • Creation and circulation of calendars for the function
    • Co-ordination of Integrated Business planning (IBP) meetings and documentation
    • Creation and management of raw material database
    • Core stock availability process and reporting
    • Purchase Order impact analysis reporting & tracking
    • Freight spend tracking and co-ordination of corrective action planning
    • Purchase Requisition/Order creation
    • Waste Packaging process and reporting – creating a database, monitoring progress and reporting
    • Supply Planning analysis to support continuous improvement process,  
    • System reporting improvements (BW)

    •  Demand Planning, Customer Operations, Asia Merchandising, Product Management, Product Development and Finance



                             What you need to have

    • Degree educated or equivalent with excellent IT skills (specifically excel) with the ability to work across multiple tasks whilst staying focussed on deadlines.  A good understanding of supply chain principles, and a passion for continuous improvement and high performance.

    Measures of success

    • Delivery of the Supply Operations KPI’s / 1 year plan including process improvements, inventory management, stock availability, one time in full (OTIF) vendor deliveries, forecast accuracy and adherence to critical path timelines
