    Job Purpose:


    Pentland are looking to hire a Process Change Manager to work alongside the Project Lead to deliver an integrated business planning (IBP) process and supporting system to the business. This is an instrumental role in ensuring the business is ready for the change and the processes are embedded effectively. Responsible for defining the benefits, assessing progress towards realisation and achieving measured improvements.


    Manage the link to other business projects and dependencies where relevant


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the Project Sponsor to develop the business change strategy to include a structured change management methodology and communications plan.
    • Assess the current business readiness and work with key stakeholders to create actionable deliverables and manage through to completion.
    • Manage and coach the BPOs and leadership teams to enable them to embed the change effectively
    • Design business benefits and identify key metrics required by the business, monitor throughout the implementation and report on benefits achieved.
    • Develop materials and tools to support the delivery of change projects to ensure effective utilisation of the change management toolkit and drive required activity with key stakeholders, line managers and project teams.
    • Contribute the change management activities to the project plan and manage these with stakeholders and BPOs.
    • To report progress, risks, impacts and financials to the Pentland Project Manager flagging any interdependencies with other projects.
    • Embedding of IBP processes into the organisation
    • Successfully implementing an IBP system to compliment the defined business processes: taking the lead on transition management, ensuring that business as usual is maintained during the transition and the changes are effectively integrated into the business
    • Preparing affected business areas for transition to new ways of working optimising the timing of the release of project deliverables into business



                             What you need to have


    • Extensive experience in successfully embedding long term strategic change through applying effective change management methodologies and principles.
    • Solid understanding of the change journey, people impact and ability to move through this process when implementing a new way of working.
    • A passion for driving operational and cultural change with a specific focus on delivering exceptional customer experience and increased business results.
    • Excellent communication skills with a good level of negotiation, influencing and presentation skills.
    • Proven experience of performing a similar role within a comparable organisation
    • A recognised change / project management qualification or equivalent experience.
    • Experience of sales & operations planning and knowledge of integrated business planning processes and understanding of methodology
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, particularly at senior management level 
    • Experience in managing multiple, complex, cross-functional projects 
    • Highly analytical and strong strategic thinking capability 
    • Industry knowledge preferable
