    As HR Administrator you will:

    • Be responsible for providing administrative support for example, production of ad-hoc documents and letters.
    • Ensure timely and accurate completion of specific tasks across the employee life cycle; with a particular focus on quality data input and maintenance of the HR.net database.
    • Work from a shared inbox and provide basic HR advice.
    • Be responsible for regular maintenance of soft and hard copy employment records, ensuring compliance to legal and audit requirements.
    • Support the HR Services team across various projects.
    • Help facilitate better ways of working and continuous improvement.
    • Working closely with the HR Services team manager to deliver on service levels.
    • Build relationships with your HR Business Partners, Reward and Payroll colleagues and HR centres of excellence.



                             What you need to have

    • Experience of working in a fast paced, high volume administration environment.
    • Have experience in HR administration.
    • Fully competent across all Microsoft    Office packages and be able to mail merge and manipulate data.
    • Experience working with databases and IT systems; understands system impacts / dependencies.
    • A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent English language skills; both written and verbal.
    • Strong numeracy skills.
    • Experience in working with an HR system such as HR.net.
