    As the Senior Customer Operations Representative you will work within a channel team environment and will support the Customer Operations manager to establish a world class level of customer service to all customers.  This role will be a responsible for providing expertise and support and will work as a point for advice and escalation within the team.  They will ensure continuous improvement in line with business systems and procedures and will provide support to the Customer Operations team and achieve sales and profit targets for each account and ensure operational support to the sales teams is provided


     
    Responsibilities:


     


    Customer Service



    • Responsibility for dealing with and resolving all customer queries involving the Sales Team and Customer Operations Team when necessary

    • Providing exceptional high quality customer service support

    • Where appropriate act as an escalation point with any questions for the Customer Operations Representatives.


    Specific Accounts



    • Work with the Supply Chain and Customer Operations Team to service our accounts based on the channel representing

    • Assist the team to track, monitor and chase sales orders

    • On-line invoicing completed in a timely fashion


    Sales



    • Co-ordinate and check sales sample arrival and invoicing

    • Work with Sales Team to assist in providing timely and relevant reports as required


    Stock Reports



    • Work with Customer representatives and Sales Team to provide relevant and timely stock information


    Sales Orders



    • Assist in processing the set up of sales orders

    • Provide support in setting up footwear prices each season

    • Convert Customer Service calls into sales where possible


    Ad-hoc



    • Provide support to all departments as requested by Customer Operations Manager

    • Provide guidance and support to more junior members of the team

    • Prepare agendas and presentations for Customer Operations team

    • Produce basic business review presentations for Customer Services team

    • General filing and administration

    • Develop own knowledge and expertise in order to add value across the user Customer Operations community

     

     










    What you need to have



    • Strong interpersonal /communications skills and action orientation

    • Relevant office experience, used to having clear accountabilities

    • Computer literate with strong MS Office skills

    • Relevant experience of customer service activity

    • SAP knowledge
