    As an FSS Credit Controller Risk Project Manager, you will:

    • Be working within a fast-paced Finance Shared Services team developing Best practises for credit control and risk across the portfolio of brand customers.
    • Assist in the development of strategies for continuous improvement within the Credit control Risk Teams.

    Specifically, you will be responsible for:

    Project Management

    • Develop the ‘One Pentland’ way of working by introducing of one set of  working practises across all our brands, divisions and locations for Credit Control and Risk teams.
    • Document Credit Control and Risk processes across the business, identifying touch points with other departments.
    • Recognise all potential process improvements, and simplifications.
    • Coordinate workshops with all key stakeholders, to determine agile, flexible, supportive best practises, aligned to good governance.
    • Liaise with IT to utilise available technologies, including enhanced SAP functionality.
    • Development, document and implement new working practises into the daily working practises.

    Credit Control & Risk

    • Working with teams to understand current process and opportunities.
    • Support team to embed new working practises.
    • Develop appropriate training materials.



     What you need to have

    • Extensive experience within a Credit Control Team.
    • Understanding of Accounting platforms such as SAP, Oracle or similar.
    • Knowledge of accounting within a retail environment.
    • Exposure to Credit Card platforms.
    • Expertise of how Risk impacts on our Customer credit worthiness decision making.
    • Strong excel skills.
    • Exposure to Internal and external compliance policies.
