    Key Purpose of Job:

    To provide technical testing and logistical support to the Product Assurance team for the creation and delivery of world class innovation and material technologies to build the division’s competitive advantage across all consumer segments.
     

    Responsibilities

    • Ownership for specific materials standards, selection and testing of the same, in collaboration with the relevant materials manager
    • Be clear on risk and flag as necessary
    • Root cause analysis
    • Coordination & control of new material introduction
    • Organisation of internal and external testing
    • Collation of test data in to materials database
    • Chase external vendors and international teams for testing materials and reports 
    • Request, chase and then assess material lab dips
    • Collate dip tracker and pass recorded KPI information to Materials and Quality Managers  
    • Order required materials for the tech room
    • Collate and maintain material libraries
    • Update sourcing tracker with logistical information required by category

     

    Key stakeholders

    • Maintain close relationships with wider product development and product assurance teams and innovation lab, ensuring that communication is maintained on all aspects of development. 
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Vendors and global colleagues.
