Key Purpose of Job
Provide analytical support and specialist knowledge to critical projects such as global banding, HRIS and benefits portal implementation, global mobility policy review, process streamlining and fleet administration outsourcing.
In conjunction with the Reward Manager, accountable for compensation, benefits, fleet and mobility day to day management, with specific focus to UK.
