    Key Purpose of Job

    Provide analytical support and specialist knowledge to critical projects such as global banding, HRIS and benefits portal implementation, global mobility policy review, process streamlining and fleet administration outsourcing.

    In conjunction with the Reward Manager, accountable for compensation, benefits, fleet and mobility day to day management, with specific focus to UK.


    Responsibilities

    • The role will lead or support in each area based on expertise and interest, in close collaboration with the Reward Manager
    • Strong expertise in global mobility a plus

    Compensation

    • Job evaluations, benchmarking and data analysis for HR generalists
    • Analyses, session materials preparation and cost modelling for global banding project
    • Job structures, job coding and competitive analyses
    • Training materials creation and data integrity checks ahead of annual salary review cycle

    Benefits

    • Data collation and analysis for upload in benefits portal
    • Project management of communication initiatives

    Fleet

    • Fleet review and transition to outsourced model
    • Cost analysis

    HRIS

    • Data analysis and manipulation for HRIS project team as required
    • Testing of new compensation module

    Global Mobility

    • Audit of current assignment
    • Finalisation of long-term and short-term policies
    • Creation of internal literature

     

     

                             What you need to have

    • Minimum of 5 years reward experience in a commercial environment.
    • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
    • Experience of delivering projects against specific timelines.
    • The ability to work in a fast paced, ambitious and dynamic environment.
    • Experience with Willis Towers Watson methodology desirable.
    • Experience with Success Factors desirable.

    • Maintain effective working relationships with the Payroll team, HR Services team and the wider HR community, and ensure a first class service is maintained to our internal customers.
    • Based on project, may frequently liaise with senior leaders and other employees
