The Business Manager to the COO is a critically important role, enabling the COO to work most effectively with internal and external stakeholders and fulfil his commitments to our shareholders. This is not an administrative role; it is highly strategic and facilitative one that requires a combination of focus and flexibility, as well as a willingness to play an active, behind-the-scenes role. As the COO’s ‘trusted counsel’, the role requires a highly resourceful individual with strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills.
This role will play a key part in the functions that report into the COO ensuring they have a well-planned agenda for the year and it is tracked and managed. This a great development opportunity for an individual who is looking to broaden their business understanding and commercial knowledge. This is a fast paced role so we are looking for someone who thirives in tis environment and is happy to step outside of their comfort zone to manage complex projects and stakeholders groups.
